Zend Patents Extra-terrestrial Life

In a move that is sure to get the prior art police out in full force, Zend has patented the process they use to make extra-terrestrial life. Darth Vader is quoted in a BBC article as saying, "I think Zend has some real issues regarding this patent. Are we to believe that they are the first corporation to ever develop extra-terrestrial life?"
